Staff at Navicent Health “go bald or go home” for childhood cancer

More than 15,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year, according to the American Childhood Cancer Organization.

On Wednesday, staff at the Children’s Hospital, Navicent Health said “go bald or go home.”

Doctors and nurses shaved their heads to support child cancer patients and raise awareness. Our Claire Davis spent the day with one young leukemia patient to learn what it means to him.
